The Stigma Fly is steplessly variable, so that the perfect adjustment (softness) for every working style (lining, shading, coloring) is possible. The stroke can be controlled manually with the screw on the upper side. One-of-a-kind!
The control screw of the Fly is protected inside of the machine in case the machine touches the floor. Every Fly comes with a screw wrench in order to adjust the machine soft or hard.
The Fly is the only rotary tattoo machine worldwide which can be autoclaved!
NEW & UNIQUE is also the patented Easy Plug System. That means with only one engine and two or more plug systems different needle configurations can be connected and used within seconds.
NEW & INNOVATIVE is also the engine with eccentric. The engine of the Fly comes with a middle stroke eccentric and is able to create at least 3.5 - 4.4 mm stroke. Optionally we offer the eccentric as short stroke (short stroke = 2.6 - 3.4 mm) and long stroke (long stroke = 4.4 - 5.5 mm). Sold separately below.
The latest version (January 2011) of the Fly has a new precision adjustable needlebar stabilizing system which allows us to operate the machine without rubberbands , just add the exact amount of pressure against the needlebar and get a perfect stabilazed needle.
Improved tube vice locking system for the grips.
With 7 - 13 volt from the power supply, 3,000 - 10,000 strokes can be reached. Low vibration, low noise level, easy to handling and flexible tattooing. Without tuning, without efforts.
With a weight of only 125 grams, long sessions without having cramps and without long-term injuries of the wrist are no problem. The ergonomic design and the perfect balance make comfortable tattooing possible.
The frame is made of a massive block of plane aluminum CNC-milled and eloxadized afterwards. Made for application of all usual grips, tattoo needles, tips and power supplies.
High performance 4.5 watt engine (made in Switzerland) for needle groups up to 50 needles. Connections for cinch and clip cord available.
